Sales do not sell in order of person(s) expressing interest. Horse sell to the first person(s) from which the required non-refundable deposit/payment is received (as stipulated in the next paragraph).

Horses are not considered sold until we receive a 25% non-refundable deposit for horses listed $800.00 and up; horses selling for less than $800.00, there is a minimum non-refundable deposit of $200.00. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward the purchase of another horse being offered for sale.

We offer 0% financing for those that find that special horse(s) but need a little time. However, the horse(s) will not leave the farm until they are paid in full.  

We gladly accept money orders which are considered as "cash". Credit cards are accepted on-site and/or over the phone. Personal checks are accepted; however, the check must clear the bank before horse will be allowed to leave seller's. 

Unless otherwise specified, horses sold for a non-reduced price that are not picked up within 30 days of deposit will be charged a board fee of $3.00 a day. Horses sold at reduced prices that are not picked up within 14 days of deposit will be charged a board fee of $3.00 a day.

For horses purchased for over $1,500, Coggins’ and Health Certifications will be provided for horses being sold out of state. Others are at the buyer’s expense. (Coggins results in our area take 7-12 days).

Discounts may be given when purchasing more than one horse - excludes horses already offered at reduced prices.

Discounted prices are offered for horse being sold as pets/companions.

Horses may be inspected prior to purchase at buyers expense. If possible, please come to see the horse in person! Seeing horses in person is encouraged and highly recommended.

Horses are sold with no guarantees, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Mares are sold as "open". There is no guarantee for those mares stating they have been serviced by one of our stallions; however, we will do our best to give to provide you with an opinion. Otherwise, you may have the mare ultrasound at your expense.

Mares in foal, will not be shipped within 2 months of due date.

Buyer accepts full responsibility for the horse when sold.

Buyer is responsible for shipping arrangements. We will be happy to assist you.

Prices and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse any sale, if I feel it's in the best interest of the horse!!
